Responsibilities Managing day-to-day operations and workflow within the shop. Controlling and maintaining labor cost expenditures to maximize profitability. Driving productivity while meeting quality expectations consistently. Coaching and developing a team of detailers and car wash attendants. Overseeing the day-to-day performance of employees. Ensuring the execution of the job in a safe manner. Responsible for quality control. Managing all necessary product inventory and equipment needed to perform the required duties. Qualifications Previous experience leading teams. Excellent communication skills. Expertise in team or department leadership. Ability to identify and solve risks and issues.
