Our agency opened in 2026 and is a brand-new, growing team with exciting opportunities ahead. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent six years working for another agent, always with the goal of owning my own agency and building something of my own. I’m a graduate of Purdue University and an avid golfer who enjoys staying active outside of the office. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brian Brzycki - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
