ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my first agency in 2011 and expanded with a second location in 2021. Today, our team includes 11 members working together across both offices. My journey with State Farm started as an intern, then a full-time team member while earning my MBA, and shortly after, I became an agent. That experience shaped how I lead today - with a strong focus on growth, teamwork, and long-term success.

I attended Stephen F. Austin State University and grew up in the Duncanville area. Ive been married for 15 years, and my wife and I have four kids who keep life busy and fun outside the office. Family is a big part of who I am, and that same family-style approach carries into our office culture.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Rick Smith - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
