Opportunity Overview

Our organization is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Cardiologist to enhance our growing cardiovascular team at CPMC Mission-Bernal , a vital community hospital within our network. This facility is dedicated to delivering exceptional, community-oriented cardiovascular care and acts as a clinical center supporting advanced cardiac services at CPMC Van Ness , along with the upcoming Neuroscience Center .

This role presents a remarkable chance for a cardiologist who excels in a diverse clinical setting, appreciates teamwork with multidisciplinary groups, and is driven by the desire to serve a vibrant and expanding urban population. You will be part of a friendly team that includes two seasoned cardiologists and advanced practice clinicians, with easy access to a wide range of subspecialty expertise across the system.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient general cardiology services

• Deliver community-centered cardiovascular care with strong integration into hospital services

• Work closely with neurology and developing neuroscience initiatives

• Facilitate care coordination across tertiary and quaternary referral networks within our organization

• Engage in quality improvement, process enhancement, and program development efforts

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
