Position Description

Maintenance Lead Worker

Position: Maintenance Lead Worker

Reports to: Maintenance Worker III

Salary Range: $16.20- $17.89 per hour

Dates of employment: Seasonal

Responsibilities:

Possess skills such as equipment operation, painting, tree trimming and removal, mowing/landscaping, light construction, etc. or be willing to learn on the job
Be willing to supervise other part time staff on occasion
Be willing to work as part of a team
Help keep facilities, equipment, and materials clean and organized
Report any accidents or injuries to a supervisor immediately
Report concerns or problems to supervisory staff
Other duties necessary to facilitate exceptional park facilities

Requirements:

Must be able to work outdoors
Has knowledge or willingness to learn regarding irrigation repair
Must possess a valid Missouri Driver's License
Be on time for work each day
Follow all safety policies
Must be able to work independently after receiving directions from a supervisor
Be available for some weekend shifts
