Redstone Residential is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician with at least 1 year of relevant industry experience, preferably in property management. The position offers a compensation of $20.00 per hour along with various benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401K plan with matching.

Key responsibilities include maintaining the property's curb appeal, assisting with repairs, and ensuring resident satisfaction through excellent customer service. Candidates must possess strong attention to detail, basic maintenance skills, and the ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
