Hiring: Parts Advisor

• Pay: $17.50/hour or 2.6% commission on RGPS Parts Gross Profit, whichever compensation structure applies.

• Schedule: 5- day work week with Sunday and 1 rotating weekday off

• Department Hours: Monday-Friday: 7:30am-6pm, Saturday: 8am-5pm and Sunday: Closed

What You'll Do

• Provide the correct parts for technicians and customers.

• Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and special orders.

• Maintain accurate parts inventory and help stock incoming shipments.

• Communicate parts availability, pricing, and order status to customers and dealership teams.

• Use dealership parts catalogs and systems to locate and order parts.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of automotive parts experience.

• Previous dealership parts counter experience.

• Knowledge of parts catalogs and inventory systems (CDK experience).

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The California pay for this position is $17.50/hour or 2.6% commission on RGPS Parts Gross Profit, whichever compensation structure applies. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Department Gross, Individual Gross, and Bonuses based on Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
