Waikiki Health is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC).

Pay rate for this role is $72,500 - $135,000 annually (commensurate with experience and licensure)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday

Summary of the position:

Waikiki Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Provider to join our integrated care team. This role combines clinical expertise with collaborative care, serving diverse and underserved populations in a fast-paced primary care environment. Qualifications and abilities

• Education: PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology OR Master's in Social Work
• Licensure: Current Hawaii license as LCSW or Licensed Psychologist
• Preferred: Experience in integrated primary care and FQHC settings
• Strong skills in clinical assessment, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based interventions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and adapt to a fast-paced environment

General Duties include but are not limited to

• Conduct behavioral health screenings and targeted interventions for patients referred by primary care providers
• Collaborate with medical staff and care coordinators to support whole-person care
• Develop comprehensive patient care plans
• Deliver individual psychotherapy (in-person and telehealth)
• Document accurately and timely in EMR systems
• Other duties as assigned
