Psychiatrist Full-Time | Louisiana Medical Clinic – Louisiana, Missouri Pike County Memorial Hospital (PCMH) Louisiana Medical Clinic, part of PCMH, is seeking a Full-Time Psychiatrist to join our integrated, patient-centered care team. This position offers the opportunity to provide outpatient psychiatric services within a collaborative primary care environment while participating in the clinic’s school and community outreach program . Position Overview The Psychiatrist will deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for patients across the lifespan. The role includes collaboration with primary care providers and behavioral health staff to support integrated care and participation in school-based and community outreach initiatives focused on early intervention, education, and access to mental health services. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management Diagnose and treat mental health conditions in an outpatient setting Collaborate with primary care providers, LCSWs, and nursing staff Support integrated behavioral health services within the clinic Participate in school-based and community outreach programs (education, consultation, or screenings) Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR Schedule & Practice Setting Full-time outpatient clinic position Monday–Friday schedule No or minimal call (details to be discussed) Team-based, supportive practice environment Qualifications MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Eligible for Missouri medical licensure Experience in outpatient or integrated care preferred Interest in community engagement and school-based outreach Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) Retirement plan options Paid time off and holidays CME allowance and paid CME time Malpractice coverage #J-18808-Ljbffr Pike County Memorial Hospital
