Hospice/Palliative Medicine Physician

Palliative Medicine locums in Georgia with no call and a predictable weekday inpatient consult schedule. You will provide adult palliative care consultations and supervise palliative care NPs.
Highlights
- No call requirements.
- Inpatient consult service with NP support.
- Low daily volume, 2 to 3 new consults and 2 to 3 follow ups.
- Fast credentialing possible with clean files and temporary privileges.
Practice Setting
- Inpatient adult palliative care consultation service.
- Average daily volume, 2 to 3 new patients and 2 to 3 follow ups.
- Works with NPs, includes palliative care NP supervision.
- Charting in Cerner.
Schedule
- On site Monday through Friday.
- 8 hour shifts starting at 9am.
- No call.
Cases and Procedures
- Provide inpatient palliative care consultations.
- Supervise palliative care NPs.
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO.
- Board Certified, Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
- Georgia medical license required, will not wait for license.
- DEA required.
