They operate advanced equipment to manufacture high quality boat parts. Machining is a highly mechanical, hands-on, production process.OUTCOMES:Responsible for multi-tasking, running multiple parts on several CNC machines and keeping machines running at a high paceLoad raw aluminum parts and fixture them down to pallets using hand toolsCommunicate needs for stock material in a timely manner to our Fabrication departmentMeet production goals according to the engineering scheduleComprehend drawings and job instructions to verify client specificationsWork to develop skills and learn all parts of the machining process (set-up, tooling changes, etc.)COMPETENCIES:CulturalFulfillment at work most often occurs when personal values align with those of the organization.
