Base pay range
$140,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
Employee Appreciation and Value

Qualifications
- B.S. in engineering or equivalent or has five years progressive experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Competent estimating Underground Wet Utilities, Storm, Sewer, Water projects.
- Proficient with computing costs, calculating figures and amounts that include interest and percentages.
- Negotiated project experience, including technical writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Able to perform all essential Senior Estimator job responsibilities.
- Estimate and establish budgets and contract price.
- Negotiate cost-effective subcontract and material purchases.
- Shop drawing approval and material delivery.
- Maintain the project schedule and budget.
- Provide the client with value-engineered solutions when applicable.
- Work with Superintendent to develop safety plans and procedures.
- Develop strong working relationships with clientele and contractors.
