Lead Clinical Study Manager

To lead and be accountable for global study delivery, the full-time Global Study Delivery Lead will manage the delivery of studies to meet time, cost, and quality standards while working remotely and partnering closely with in-country teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence. Key responsibilities Own the global study portfolio delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Act as the primary client contact for delivery, maintaining transparent communication and building trust Establish and uphold project-management excellence across the organization, mentoring less experienced colleagues Required qualifications 10-15 years of relevant experience in clinical trial delivery with a strong operational understanding Proven track record in designing and implementing project-management systems Strong regulatory knowledge, including GCP and GDPR Experience with platforms such as CRIO, HubSpot, and Monday.com B.S. or B.A. degree; MBA or science-related degree preferred
