What You’ll Get at Raynor Services: Top Pay: Earn $75,000 - $140,000+ annually (base + bonuses) Weekly pay — no waiting for your money Bonuses and spiff opportunities for going above and beyond Company vehicle with paid drive time (take-home truck) 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance 100% Employer-Paid Medical Co-Pays and Deductibles Paid Holidays and PTO Tool Reimbursement Program Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Your Day-to-Day: Represent Raynor Services with pride and professionalism Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems Install, maintain, and repair water, gas, and drainage systems, fixtures, and appliances Perform plumbing inspections and ensure systems meet local codes and regulations Troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide clear, effective solutions Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about system conditions, repairs, and options Educate customers and help them make informed buying decisions Support company goals by generating leads, promoting service agreements, and recommending upgrades when appropriate Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment What You Bring: 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience Experience with well systems, well pumps, and water softeners is a plus Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills A dependable, team-focused, and positive attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and integrity A competitive drive and desire to succeed Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Some sales experience preferred What Sets You Apart: You take pride in doing high-quality work the right way You enjoy helping customers and building long-term trust You bring energy, professionalism, and a strong work ethic to your role Lead with confidence.
