Description: The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. Specialty care is provided from pediatrics to geriatrics, including neurological conditions and women's health. Services include lymphedema care and wheelchair fitting. Acute services are centered out of a regional medical system that is a level 2 trauma center. The facility has a complex patient census with high acuity levels. The outpatient clinic features cutting-edge equipment, separate adult and pediatric gyms, and an underwater treadmill. Outpatient services are also offered from a newly constructed regional cancer center. This is a shared position, requiring flexibility based on patient needs.
