Mac Engineer
Duration: 6 months+ Compensation: $50 - 60/hr Location: NYC, NY
Seeking a Mac Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise Mac deployment initiative. This role will focus on Mac provisioning, scripting, automation, user enrollment, and onsite support for end users during device rollout activities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years supporting enterprise Mac environments
- 3+ years of experience provisioning and deploying Mac devices at scale
- 3+ years of experience with Mac scripting (Bash, Shell, AppleScript, or similar)
- 3+ years of experience supporting device enrollment and endpoint management processes
- 3+ years of experience providing end-user support in a corporate environment
Responsibilities:
- Provision and configure Mac devices at scale
- Develop and maintain Mac automation and provisioning scripts
- Support Mac enrollment and deployment activities
- Assist end users during onboarding and migration events
- Install and support AI productivity tools on Mac devices
- Create technical documentation and deployment procedures
- Partner directly with business users and technology teams
