The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the implementation of behavior intervention services, supporting Behavior Technicians (BTs), and ensuring high-quality clinical care under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role plays a key part in maintaining treatment integrity, staff development, and positive client outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field
  (or currently enrolled in a Master’s program)
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in an ABA or related setting
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection methods
• Ability to pass background check and meet all state requirements
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and individualized treatment programs under BCBA supervision
• Oversee and support Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to ensure consistent and accurate service delivery
• Provide ongoing coaching, modeling, and performance feedback to BTs during and after sessions
• Conduct competency assessments and ensure staff meet clinical and documentation standards
• Monitor treatment fidelity and ensure programs are implemented as designed
• Review client data regularly and communicate progress, concerns, and recommendations to the BCBA
• Maintain consistent oversight of assigned caseload, including scheduling, productivity, and service delivery
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions

Preferred Qualifications

• Working toward BCBA certification (if not already obtained)
• Experience conducting FBAs and program development
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
