- Strong ServiceNow expertise , especially CMDB
- CI classes, relationships, and lifecycle management
- Discovery, Service Mapping, Integration Hub ETL
- Solid understanding of ITOM & ITSM modules
- Incident, Change, Problem Management
- ITIL v4 knowledge with focus on Configuration Management
- CI data normalization, reconciliation, and duplicate elimination
- Experience with automated discovery tools
- Integration experience with SCCM, Active Directory , and enterprise systems
- Basic scripting using JavaScript & Glide API
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Work on assigned ServiceNow (SNOW) deliverables
- Maintain and govern CMDB health and data accuracy
- Configure integrations and automate workflows
- Develop CMDB Health Dashboards, audit, and compliance reports
- Support configuration management and ITIL-aligned processes
