Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) supporting students' communication growth in a dynamic school environment. We're seeking three dedicated SLPAs—two full-time and one part-time—to collaborate with experienced professionals and help students thrive through the 2026-2027 school year, beginning August 12, 2026 and concluding May 28, 2027.

You'll make an impact by working across elementary, middle, and high school settings. Full-time roles (37.5 hours/week) involve serving students at both elementary and middle school levels in the Highlands Ranch and Parker areas, while the part-time position (three days/week) offers a chance to support learners split between a middle and high school in Castle Rock and Parker.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license in Colorado (CO SLPA required)
• Experience supporting speech and language services in a school setting preferred
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to partner with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt strategies to diverse student needs across different age groups
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical service delivery

Responsibilities:

• Directly assist in providing speech and language therapy services as prescribed by a supervising SLP
• Work closely with building teams to implement intervention plans
• Support documentation, session preparation, and progress tracking for assigned students
• Engage collaboratively to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
