Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care, develop strong patient relationships, and contribute to a positive team environment. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient base while delivering comprehensive dental services in a modern clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
- Develop and present treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Provide preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency dental services.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Clinical Duties
- Perform procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canals, and dentures as qualified.
- Interpret radiographs and diagnostic tests.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Utilize modern dental technologies and equipment to deliver optimal patient care.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active dental license in the state of practice.
- DEA license and CPR/BLS certification (if required).
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of clinical experience (new graduates encouraged to apply if applicable).
- Experience with digital dentistry and electronic health records.
- Proficiency in a broad range of general dentistry procedures.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and long-term treatment outcomes.
