Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long Term Care

Location: Bangor, ME

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care in a Long-Term Care setting. The CNA will assist residents with activities of daily living, support patient comfort and safety, and contribute to the overall care plan under the supervision of the RN/LPN team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Provide assistance with feeding and meal support

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene

• Support ambulation and mobility needs

• Perform basic skin care and comfort measures

• Assist with toileting and dressing activities

• Support resident education, recreation, and transportation needs

• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

• Maintain resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality

• Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare team members to provide quality resident care

Required Qualifications

• Active Maine Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License

• Long-Term Care or patient care experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
