The more you hustle, the more you’ll earn!DutiesGreet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services with enthusiasm and professionalismConduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunitiesOperate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processingMaintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an attractive shopping environmentAssist with stocking, inventory management, and ensuring shelves are replenished promptlyProvide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotelySupport store supervision by creating a positive team environment amongst other sales associates and customersRequirementsAt least 1 year previous retail sales experience requiredFamiliarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math for accurate transactionsStrong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers in bilingual settings if applicableDemonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitudeExperience in merchandising and displaysMust be able to work weekends, evenings, and holiday seasonsSupervising experience is a plus, indicating leadership capabilities within a team settingAbility to handle phone inquiries professionally and maintain excellent phone etiquetteMust be able to work well with others and build trust within a strong team environmentJoin us if you’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a supportive team dedicated to excellence!We encourage applicants to drop off a resume in person.
