Make a Tangible Impact

• Drive Order Fulfillment: Proactively monitor open orders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve blocks and uphold Service Level Agreements.
• Optimize Supply Chain Workflows: Analyze order data to maximize logistical efficiency, including payload optimization and strategic order grouping.
• Champion Customer Solutions: Serve as the primary advocate for the customer, addressing stock challenges empathetically and proposing resolutions for transportation delays.
• Streamline Root Cause Analysis: Partner with billing departments to resolve discrepancies and apply global Reason Code Methodology to escalate process bottlenecks.

Your Core Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Distribution, or Inventory Management.
• Excellent analytical aptitude with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; hands-on experience with SAP, BW, or Business Objects is highly preferred.
• Undergraduate degree strongly preferred.
