Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Woodhouse Auto Family is seeking a friendly and organized Automotive Service Concierge to join our team. You will work as a cohesive member of the service team to meet, greet, and direct customers, handle customer relations, and serve as a liaison between the customer and the advisors.

Essential Duties

• Assists the Service Advisors on the service drive by meeting and greeting customers
• Expedites service initiation by researching the customer needs and directing them to the appropriate personnel to assist
• Answers multi-line phones, directing calls to appropriate staff, answering questions, and taking messages as needed
• Communicates with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time spent on hold
• Effectively handles multiple priorities, organizes workload, and meets deadlines
• Works closely with the Service team to ensure a great experience for employees and customers
• Assists in follow-up with repair orders that have been completed and closed out
• Follows established organizational procedures and health and safety policies
• Regular and reliable attendance is required

Minimum Experience & Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
• Must have excellent driving and parking skills
• Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screening, physical and lift test.
