Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Post Partum/Mom Baby Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2+ years License: Valid RN License Certifications: BLS, NRP Must-Have: Mother Baby experience Description: The facility is recognized as one of the top hospitals in the nation for providing high clinical quality year over year. It has received a prestigious safety grade, recognizing its achievements in protecting patients and providing safer healthcare. The facility earned a Magnet Designation, the highest honor for nursing excellence. It serves as the region's referral center with specialized programs and services. The unit comprises 34 private couplet rooms staffed by a team of nurses and support staff. The typical patient ratios are 1:3-4 couplets, ensuring personalized care. The unit uses advanced equipment such as Alaris pumps and bilirubin blankets/lights. Candidates should have experience caring for patients on magnesium sulfate post-delivery and preferably have STABLE certification. A team player who loves to teach is the best personality fit for this role. Weekend shifts are required, but there are no on-call shifts.
