Travel Nurse Position at Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix

Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed. All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays. All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission. If interested in "any" location, please include what states (I.E. Any AZ, Any CO, Any state, etc.) All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission. All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page. All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept.
