Senior Estimator: Lead Multi-Market Construction Budgets

Deacon Construction Inc

Deacon Construction, LLC is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead cost estimating for a wide range of projects from early budgeting through final bids. Based in Washington, you will collaborate with preconstruction, project management, and operations to develop accurate, well-supported estimates and manage subcontractor buyout. This role requires 8+ years in commercial construction estimating, strong knowledge of means and methods, bid processes, and proficiency with On Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam,
