Senior Manager, Growth Systems - Campaign Operations

Serve as the primary AMER regional operator and campaign execution lead Bridge regional marketing teams, SDR fleets, and global MarTech architecture Build Marketo email programs, forms, landing pages, and dynamic retargeting for AMER campaigns Build and maintain secondary domain infrastructure, DNS settings, inbox warming, volume caps, and verification loops Own end-to-end webinar and event infrastructure, including Zoom/ON24-to-Marketo syncing, form mapping, non-registrant lists, and gift card triggers Configure and stage post-event automated outreach sequences in Outreach/Salesloft and perform pre-launch QA Build, code, and maintain responsive HTML/CSS Marketo email and landing page templates Embed Marketo forms across Mutiny web personalization experiences Monitor domain reputation, active-list caps, UTM standards, and asset conversion performance Requirements 7+ years of hands-on Marketing Operations, Growth Systems, or Campaign Production experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or Fintech organization Advanced proficiency in Marketo program builds, smart lists, forms, landing pages, and tokens Experience with secondary domain setups, DNS configurations, and cold outreach sequencers including Smartlead, Instantly, and Outreach Hands-on HTML/CSS knowledge for email and landing page template editing Experience with Salesforce, Clay, ChiliPiper, Zoom Webinar, and Sendoso Comfortable operating as a hybrid builder and executor, building technical infrastructure while delivering campaign assets quickly Marketo Certified Expert preferred, but not mandatory Legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer Ability to attend the San Francisco office three days per week Core Competencies Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Marketo program builds, including email and landing page templates, while effectively managing campaign execution and technical infrastructure in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or Fintech environment.
