We are a small agency, which means we all work closely together to accomplish our mission.As an LPN at Pemi-Baker, you'll provide nursing services to Home Care & Hospice patients right in the comfort of their homes. You'll work collaboratively with our amazing RNs to help patients reach their goals, while also working independently as you're going about your day. You'll be able to utilize every skill you've learned as an LPN and develop some new skills as well!Established in 1967, Pemi-Baker Hospice & Home Health is an innovative leader in Home Care and Hospice Care. We are a local, independent, non-profit agency providing programs and services to meet the diverse needs of over 30 surrounding communities in central and northern New Hampshire.
