1st Shift and 2nd Shift Packing Associate – West Chicago, IL

Pay: $17.50/hr - $18/hr

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Type: Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Position Overview

We are hiring Packing Associates for a fast-paced food manufacturing environment in West Chicago. This role requires individuals who can work efficiently while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Work on the production line handling food and beverage products
Package, label, and inspect finished goods for quality
Load and unload materials as needed
Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
Assist team members and supervisors with daily production needs

Work Environment & Requirements

Food production environment with strict GMP policies
No jewelry, piercings, fake nails, nail polish, lashes, or smartwatches allowed
Must follow all hygiene and safety regulations
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced setting
Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs as needed

Qualifications

Previous production or packing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production standards
Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
