Compensation Base wages $35.15 - $39.00 per hour. Shift Premium $2.00 per hour for 2nd or 3rd shift. Hero pay $3.40 per hour. Yearly wage increases. Overtime after 8 hours is optional. Job Overview Registered Nurse (RN) position in a collaborative inpatient unit with specializations in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. Provide specialized nursing care, assess patient needs, implement care plans, and work as part of a strong interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Assess patient health and develop personalized care plans. Implement evidence‑based nursing care and rehabilitative support. Provide compassionate, innovative care and maintain patient safety. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and ancillary staff to deliver comprehensive care. Document patient histories, assessments, and care outcomes accurately and promptly. Participate in quality improvement activities, including medication safety and infection control. Contribute to team huddles, rounds, and interdisciplinary discussions. Qualifications Active RN license in the State of Michigan. Current CPR–BLS certification. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing (or higher). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to develop and implement care solutions.
