Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support critical patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs and symptoms
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Develop and implement individualized care plans for critically ill patients
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions as needed
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols

Skills and Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Previous experience in an ICU or critical care setting
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
