Summary Commission Sales Associate responsible for driving sales of men's merchandise at the North Michigan Avenue store. This part-time, commission-based role focuses on personalized customer service, clienteling, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Engage customers on the sales floor and deliver a high level of personalized service to drive purchases. Build and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up. Meet or exceed individual sales goals and commission targets. Maintain merchandise presentation, replenishment, and visual standards on the floor. Process customer transactions and adhere to store policies and loss prevention practices. Requirements Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in a department store or luxury retail environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
