Job Summary Grant Consultant / Grant Specialist Provide comprehensive management and financial oversight for state and federally funded grant programs at the Arizona Division of Emergency Management (AZDEMA). Manage awarded grant projects from initiation through closeout, including financial tracking and reimbursement processing. Ensure compliance with state and federal grant regulations and reporting requirements. Perform financial reviews, support audits, and maintain accurate grant documentation. Assist emergency management staff and grant applicants in preparing and submitting grant applications. Serve as a point of contact for financial and administrative inquiries related to grants. Requires 4+ years of financial experience, including billing, auditing, and expense tracking, with hands‑on grant administration experience. Must have strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and proficiency in financial reporting. On-site position in Phoenix, AZ; local candidates only; no travel required.
