Maintenance Custodian Associate

Position Summary: As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you will ensure members experience a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and safe floors. You’ll be on your feet, maintaining a clean environment, handling spills, operating equipment, and keeping positive customer interactions throughout the shift. Responsibilities Maintain a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of trash. Conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting and hazardous material handling procedures, and report unsafe situations to Management. Ensure equipment and supplies are rotated, stored properly, and order replenishment when supplies are low. Apply Company Environmental Sustainability Program standards when using chemicals and disposing of waste. Maintain positive attitude and focus on member satisfaction throughout the shift. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quickly to changing work scenarios. Comfortable working an entire shift on feet in physically demanding environments. Strong work pride and dedication to member satisfaction as top priority.
