South Carolina Licensed Accountant

To support entry-level accounting functions, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Accountant will maintain a complete and accurate general ledger, prepare managerial reports, and conduct variance research while working remotely. Key responsibilities Reconcile assigned accounts and process general ledger entries while assisting in the preparation of financial filings Prepare financial reports for analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, ensuring ledger transactions align with statistical files Maintain accurate general ledger accounts through regular reconciliations and assist with special projects as assigned Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a job-related field with 24 semester hours in accounting Knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, practices, and procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use data retrieval applications Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong organizational and analytical skills
