Master Enterprise Systems: Locate, review, and manage electronic records utilizing SharePoint and ProjectWise. Ensure Quality Assurance: Perform meticulous quality checks on scanned images to maintain high operational standards and system accuracy. Streamline Document Flow: Independently scan missing records and seamlessly integrate them into the appropriate databases to support business operations. Essential Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated experience in administrative support, data entry, or document control. Proficiency in navigating databases, specifically with hands-on experience in SharePoint and/or ProjectWise. Demonstrated research capabilities with a proven commitment to precision and thoroughness. Ability to thrive independently in an onsite setting, demonstrating focus while managing repetitive tasks effectively. Capability to safely lift up to 25 lbs to handle banker boxes and large engineering prints in a standard office environment. Preferred: Prior background in specialized record review or comprehensive document management.
