This role includes endoscopic procedures, consults, rounding, and emergency GI coverage in a collaborative environment.Compensation:$3700 with 6 hour gratis, $500/hr after 6 hoursAssignment Details:Start: June 18, 2026 (orientation)Current coverage need: June 1921, 2026Ongoing opportunities may be availableSchedule:24-hour call shiftsApproximately 1421 shifts per monthAverage callback: 6 hours per dayRounding and procedures as needed; offsite when not actively neededPractice Details:Setting: Hospital and clinicEMR: EpicAdult patient populationAPC support available during weekday daytime hours350-bed hospitalPatient Volume:Approximately 812 patients per dayResponsibilities:Perform GI consults and inpatient roundingProvide 24-hour call coveragePerform endoscopic proceduresCollaborate with GI providers and APC support staffRequired Procedures:ColonoscopyEGDPreferred Procedures:ERCP (highly preferred but not required)Requirements:Board Certified in Gastroenterology RequiredActive Washington License RequiredBLS RequiredEpic experience RequiredCase logs from the previous 24 months RequiredERCP experience/case logs required if performing ERCPCredentialing:Orientation required prior to start"
