Warehouse LeadThe Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and supporting the warehouse team to meet productivity, quality, and safety standards. This role acts as a point of contact between warehouse associates and management, providing guidance, training, and coordination of tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipLead, motivate, and support warehouse associates during shift operationsAssign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure productivity targets are metProvide on-the-job training and coaching to team membersServe as a first point of contact for employee questions and issuesOperations ManagementOversee receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping activitiesEnsure accuracy of inventory transactions and order fulfillmentMonitor equipment usage and coordinate maintenance as neededAssist in implementing process improvements to increase efficiencyInventory ControlMaintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and auditsInvestigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory recordsEnsure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materialsSafety & ComplianceEnforce company safety policies and OSHA guidelinesConduct safety inspections and report hazardsEnsure team members follow proper procedures and use equipment safelyReporting & CommunicationCommunicate daily performance metrics to supervisorsDocument issues, delays, and operational challengesCollaborate with other departments (shipping, receiving, transportation, etc.)QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent2–5 years of warehouse experienceKnowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory practicesStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems)Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 75 lbs regularlyStanding, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shiftAbility to work in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise, etc.)Work ScheduleFull-time; may include evenings, weekends, or overtime as neededKey CompetenciesLeadership & team developmentProblem-solving and decision-makingAttention to detailTime managementSafety awarenessPAY RANGE:$19.90 - $28.80CULTURE AND BENEFITS:At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
