Paid Orientation

You start at $.85 CPM for the first three months.

(loaded + empty - all miles paid)

After the first three months, your pay increases to $0.90 CPM, and after 6 months with us, it increases to $0.95 per mile (loaded + empty - all miles paid).

Schedule:

4 weeks out / 5 days home.

• 2026 or Newer KW T680 & Cascadias.
• 53ft Dry Van.
• Governed at 72 MPH.
• Fridge + microwave.
