Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, assessing their physical abilities, limitations, and needs to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Set measurable goals for patient progress and document treatment sessions, evaluations, and discharge summaries in accordance with professional standards.

• Provide a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and education about injury prevention.

• Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants and support personnel in delivering effective patient care and achieving desired functional outcomes.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to design and modify treatment programs based on real-time patient feedback and progress.

• Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring that patient information and documentation are accurate and secure.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Compensation and Benefits
