Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Lenoir Health & Rehabilitation Center in Lenoir, North Carolina. As a PTA, you will play a vital role in our LifeWorks Rehab Program, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional rehabilitation services to our patients. Responsibilities: Assist Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans, tailored to each individual's unique needs Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Monitor patient progress, identify areas of improvement, and adjust treatment plans accordingly Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination Participate in patient education and discharge planning to promote successful rehabilitation outcomes Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to established protocols and regulations About Our Organization: At Lenoir Health & Rehabilitation Center, we pride ourselves on our commitment to providing Care Beyond Compare .
