Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations relevant to the company's operations.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance standards are met.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to compliance activities.
- Support training initiatives to educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and investigations.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a compliance or regulatory role is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex information and provide clear recommendations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
