Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Med Surg for a travel assignment in Santa Fe, NM. This is a night shift position requiring a skilled nurse who can work independently in a clinical setting, providing routine to complex care in Med/Surg departments using EPIC as the EMR system.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient nursing care
• Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided
• Provide patient and family education based on learning needs
• Manage clinical situations by delegating responsibilities and making assignments

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
• BLS Certification via AHA required
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
• 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred
