As we expand into Ohio, we’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and guest-focused Manager who is ready to relocate and help lead a successful restaurant. Position Summary The Culver’s Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day operations, developing team members, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and maintaining strong operational standards. This leader plays a key role in building the culture, controlling costs, and driving overall restaurant performance. Key Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations, including kitchen, front-of-house, and drive-thru performance. Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure all hospitality standards are met. Train, coach, and develop crew members and shift leaders. Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and organization. Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and labor control. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and creating a strong team culture. Ensure compliance with Culver’s brand standards and operational procedures. Support store-level financial goals including food cost, labor cost, and overall profitability. Model positive leadership, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Qualifications Strong leadership, communication, and people-development skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. High level of professionalism, responsibility, and decision-making. Familiar with scheduling, training, inventory control, and basic financials.
