Flex Security Officer

Flex Security Officer - Full Time Primary Locations: Duluth, MN, Superior, WI, & Cloquet, MN Wage: $21.50/HR Schedule: Flexible Responsibilities Actively monitor the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Conflict resolution and de‑escalation. Frequent interactions with client employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. Ensure all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed. Provide customer service and information to client employees and guests. Utilize technology devices throughout the shift. Conduct tours of the property. Work multiple sites as a fill‑in or for temporary needs. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site. Basic Requirements 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED required. Above average computer/technology skills needed. Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed. Must be able to work independently. Remain calm and professional during stressful situations. Have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift. Maintain a professional demeanor. Respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and appropriate escalation. All candidates must participate in the company’s pre‑employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. Safe driving required.
