Apply now for immediate consideration! location: Virginia Beach, Virginia job type: Permanent salary: $80,000 - 85,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: No Degree Required responsibilities: Job Responsibilities / Duties Support daily construction operations on a $40M Tempo Hotel project in Virginia Beach, working onsite alongside project leadership and field personnel. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, construction drawings, and project documentation using Procore and Bluebeam. Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and field teams to resolve design discrepancies, construction issues, and outstanding project requirements. Assist with project scheduling, tracking progress, identifying delays, and ensuring project milestones are met. Independently troubleshoot issues, drive solutions, and support project leadership with day-to-day field and administrative responsibilities. Requirements 5 years of commercial construction experience, preferably as a Project Engineer; open to Assistant Superintendents or field leaders with strong project coordination experience. Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction schedules; proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam required. Self-motivated problem solver capable of working independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
