Join us in making a real difference in the health of our community.Job SummaryPosition Overview: The Business Applications Analyst serves as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, clinical operations, and Information Technology to ensure enterprise applications effectively support organizational objectives. This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, configuring and supporting enterprise applications, and driving continuous process improvements across clinical, financial, operational, and communication platforms.The Business Applications Analyst provides functional support for a portfolio of enterprise applications, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Contact Center/VoIP, Human Resources, Revenue Cycle, and other business-critical systems.
