You’ll own strategy, systems, and programs for hiring, development, rewards, and support, spanning benefits, compensation, leveling, reviews, learning, and recruitment. This role is strategic yet hands-on, shaping org design, workforce planning, and leadership practices while directly assisting employees and managers.
