EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/SUPPORT SUPERVISOR (On-site)

Lifesteps is a nonprofit human services organization based in Butler, Pennsylvania, approximately 20 miles north of Pittsburgh. For more than 100 years, Lifesteps has supported individuals and families throughout Western Pennsylvania through programs and services that help people live with greater independence and support.

The Executive Assistant / Support Supervisor supports the President and Chief Executive Officer and supervises the day-to-day operations of the office and assigned staff.

• Candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to proof and edit accurately, customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, be adaptive and tolerant to changing needs, function well in a team environment as well as complete tasks independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite of products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Candidate will serve as a liaison to various Boards of Directors and will be responsible for preparation and coordination of Board meetings including taking minutes at Board meetings.
• Additional administrative responsibilities include composing and editing correspondence; organizing meetings, email, and calendar management; and supervision of receptionist/support team.
• Two (2) years’ administrative support experience supporting senior leadership.
• Prior Supervisory experience preferred.
• Nonprofit Board experience preferred.

Position is normally Monday-Friday.
